My Promise to You
I’ve guided women who didn’t know how remarkable they were. Women who never believed they’d have the confidence for a Body Empowerment Photography Session. Often, they’ve spent most of their lives struggling with their reflection or hiding behind their clothes.
But here’s what happens in my world:
From fearing being truly seen → to proudly walking into any room with empowered confidence
From hiding behind clothes → to dressing with strength, courage, and joy

From shrinking → to lighting up the room and taking on the world
Through the art of photography, I’ll walk beside you as you discover confidence that resonates far beyond our time together. You’ll feel the freedom of a new relationship with your body and the courage to make those life changes you’ve been dreaming of.
My Body Empowerment sessions are waiting for you.
Are you ready to stand in your power and own who you are?
I will walk by your side, guiding you from concept to completion. Nurturing your vulnerabilities for you to turn up, breathe and be seen how you would like to be seen, not how you feel you should be seen.
Once you have booked and paid your session fee you will receive the following:
- An email / link to book your design consultation.
- An insightful questionnaire.
- A preparation guide, how to prepare and things to consider wearing.
Let’s dispel any concerns, worries or fears and put your mind at ease.
Here is where your journey begins, with a 1hr online session, this is your space to ask for what you need, where the fun and excitement takes over as we talk about styling, props, and anything else you would like to be a part of your session, together we will share ideas, this is the perfect opportunity for you to infuse your own creativity if you wish.

It’s only natural to feel nerve-cited, those feelings will dissolve during your 2hr
photo session, as I guide you with where to place your hands and how to stand.
I am led by your comfort levels, my lights will become your best friend as they sculpt your amazing unique body, just as you are, reflecting back to you all of your magnificence.
As you approach the pebbled driveway you will be greeted with a 17th century converted barn in the Suffolk Countryside, a stunning calm and tranquil place where your body empowerment session awaits you, let this unforgettable experience I have created for you, be a part of your journey, not your final destination.
My wish for you is that you shine brightly and take back all of who you are, removing those feelings of judgement and self consciousness that others or yourself have put upon you, so that you can feel the beauty I and others see within you.
When you bare all and remove your physical armour, there’s a vulnerability that takes place, with a certain kind of freedom and liberation, where transformation happens and growth develops.
As you step out of the door, you will have a sense of knowing we have created the most stunning photographs of you, the confidence that was hidden deep within your soul has been unravelled, leaving a part of you behind that no longer serves you, as you enter the world with a new sense of empowerment.
Once your photographs have been touched with my creativity – you will be sent an email with a booking link for your viewing and ordering session.
Massive boost In confidence
Post shoot I feel amazing and my self confidence has taken a massive boost. I felt amazing and I loved the images taken and will cherish them forever.
The journey i went on was incredible and i would recommend it to any woman out there confident or not confident, it will leave a lasting impact.

Your grand reveal session will take place online for up to 1hr, it is here you will choose your final photographs for your folio box and/or box frame.
Many people love all their photographs, I am here to help guide you with choosing the ones you love the most. If you would like me to.
Following your ordering session your photographs will be sent away to be printed at a pro lab.
You will be notified by email to arrange a date and time when your precious cargo is ready for collection. Full payment is required, prior to collection. Payment plans are available upon discussion for selected items.

When I reflect on where the roots of my business have evolved from, I see the pathway of my own healing journey unfold. The power and understanding of acceptance over resistance, and the imprint that all those emotions and feelings have had on my body, have highlighted to me that ‘my beauty is within me, not outside of me.’
I used my natural gifts and talents of creativity and art, which are ingrained deep within my soul, to express myself when words became too painful.
I would love for you to discover this too – while also feeling and seeing just how beautiful you and your incredibly unique body really are, when you capture a glimpse of yourself in the mirror.
There is power in vulnerability and accepting what you cannot change. It’s really flipping empowering.
