Welcome to Jackie Cooper Photography. These terms keep things friendly but fair while you browse our digital space.

The Basics

This website is owned and operated by Jackie Cooper, a sole trader based in Suffolk. By using this site, you’re agreeing to play by these rules – and honestly, they’re pretty reasonable.

You must be at least 18 to browse our site. If you’re booking services, you’ll need to be 20+ (or have a parent/guardian sort things out).

Website Usage

What You Can Do:

Browse our gorgeous galleries (we’re rather proud of them!)
Get in touch via our contact forms
Download our pricing guides and information sheets for personal reference

What’s Off Limits:

Copying, downloading, or using our images without permission (more on this below!)
Pretending to be us or impersonating our business
Using our contact forms for anything dodgy or promotional
Trying to hack, spam, or generally mess with our site

Image Usage Policy

All images displayed on this website and associated social media platforms are the intellectual property of Jackie Cooper photography. These images have been shared with the express consent of clients for the sole purpose of showcasing my portfolio and the body empowerment journey they have bravely participated in.

Out of respect for the privacy and vulnerability of those featured, the use, reproduction, downloading, or sharing of any body empowerment photography is strictly prohibited.

For other creative sessions (such as well-being brand shoots or non-body empowerment photography), image usage is not permitted without prior written consent. If you are interested in using any of these images, please contact me directly to discuss permissions on jackiecooperphotography@gmail.com.

What You Can Do:

Screenshot for inspo boards – but keep it private and don’t redistribute

Contact Forms & Communications

When you reach out through our contact forms or email, you’re giving us permission to:

Respond to your inquiry (obviously!)
Keep your details on file for future reference
Occasionally send you updates about our services (don’t worry, we’re not spammy)
We’ll never sell your information or bombard you with emails. That’s just not our vibe.

Booking & Service Agreements

Browsing is one thing, but if you want to book our services, additional detailed contracts will apply for:

Photography sessions
Body Image confidence calls
In Person Group Discussions

These separate agreements cover all the important stuff like payments, cancellations, usage rights, and what happens if it rains on your outdoor shoot!

Social Media & Testimonials

If you tag us, mention us, or submit photos/testimonials via social media or our website, you’re giving us permission to reshare, repost, and use this content for our marketing. We’ll always credit you properly – it’s good karma!

Technical Stuff

We host our site on reliable platforms and do our best to keep everything running smoothly. But sometimes technology has a tantrum – if that happens, we’re not responsible for any issues on your end.

We use cookies to improve your browsing experience and to understand how people use our site.

Third-Party Links & External Websites

Our website may include links to other websites, social media platforms, recommended vendors, or useful resources. While we try to link only to reputable sites, we can’t control what happens once you click away from our cozy corner of the internet!
